Position: Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and purchasing
Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies
Requirements
Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar supervisory role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently
Have a valid driver's license and be insurable by the company
Ability to lift/move heavy equipment (water heaters, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, coils)
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
