Responsibilites:
- Create work schedules for staff, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and minimizing overstaffing during slower periods.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues swiftly, providing exceptional service, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Oversee product inventory, ensure shelves are stocked with necessary items, and place orders for products like snacks, beverages, automotive supplies, and fuel.
- Oversee cash transactions, ensure the accuracy of register tills, and manage cash deposits at the end of each shift
- Implement and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and theft, ensuring all employees are trained on safety protocols, including fire and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Handle difficult customer situations, refunds, or complaints professionally and ensure resolutions align with company policies.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, the store manager will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the gas station, while maintaining high levels of customer service and adherence to safety standards.
