Description Administrative AssistantWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Project Assistant for our client, located in Englewood, CO. This is a PART-TIME position (32 hours a week), Monday through Thursday from 8am - 5pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks across multiple departments, including data entry, mail merging, and email correspondence. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Assist multiple departments with various tasks as required. Ensure efficient and accurate data entry, including updates and changes in the association management system. Assist with the preparation and dispatch of renewal emails and letters to members. Update graduation dates and other relevant information in the system. Execute mail merging of letters as needed. Handle email correspondence with members through the awards, scholarship, and other relevant email inboxes. Generate reports for different departments as required. Dispatch mail as needed. Assist with conference registrations, including reaching out to ensure people are registered and guiding them through the registration process. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data entry in spreadsheets, maintaining and updating information, tracking, and scheduling appointments.Requirements Must possess strong Customer Service skills Proficient in Data Entry tasks Capable of handling Email Correspondence effectively Experience with Inbound and Outbound Calls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently Previous experience in Administrative Assistance Excellent organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion High level of attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to multitask effectively Proven problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills Must be adaptable and flexible Proactive with a strong work ethic Must have a professional attitude and appearance.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
