- 8 years of direct and applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field of study plus 4 years of design & development experience
- Demonstrated experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Core
- Remedy Developer Studio experience (our core pieces include: Digital Workplace/MyIT, Atrium CMBD, Smart IT and Smart Reporting, TrueSight Orchestration)
- Angular, NodeJS, .net, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, PowerShell and Javascript experience
- Rest API experience
- Custom Remedy workflows, forms, filters & escalation design and development to meet specified requirements.
- Proven ability to connect systems to provide high quality interoperability
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (both written and oral) and working collaborative with both internal and external team members for the process of define IT solution scope and technical system requirements.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties
- Ability to set and meet established time-frames while assuring data and information integrity
- Experience prioritizing and managing time with little direction
- Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions
- Ability to communicate with and coach/mentor team members
- Demonstrated experience in software development life cycle methodologies
