We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to ensure our materials and products move smoothly in and out of our facility. This is a full-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Manager of Property Management.What You’ll DoManage all aspects of shipping and receiving to meet daily deadlinesPrepare shipments: package, create packing slips, and coordinate with freight carriersVerify incoming deliveries, inspect for damage, and follow SEAKR proceduresHandle materials, customer-owned property, and company capital assetsCoordinate with Receiving Inspection, Buyers, and Accounting to resolve discrepanciesMaintain relationships with freight carriers and provide weekly activity reportsSupport quality engineering and program management on shipmentsThis position will work a day shift on a 9/80 schedule: 8:00 AM – 5 PM Mon–Thurs, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM on working Fridays, with every other Friday off.
