Oversees the successful implementation, project management, and integration of HR systemsacross the organization. Partnership with IT, other PSS leaders and HR stakeholders is critical to driving performanceexcellence, a culture focused on continuous improvement and meeting CommonSpirit Health’s evolving business needs.ResponsibilitiesThis is a Remote OpportunityLeads, mentors, and develops a team of Sr. Implementation Analysts, providing guidance, training, andperformance feedback. Fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting teamwork andindividual growth. Manages team workload, resource allocation, and project assignments in partnership with theImplementation Managers. Actively engage in new project scoping & estimating activities, and collaborate with PSS - Systems in providingresource estimates & capacity management oversight. Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes, identifying areas for optimization andstreamlining. Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of theteam. Collaborates with the M & A team and serves as the liaison with the PSS team to ensure smooth transactions andinvolvement of key stakeholders. Independently leads projects of all sizes (ideally focused on mid and high complexity) within HR or across multiplefunctions. Manages all aspects of the project life cycle: Initiate, Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Implement, and Closeto ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responds to andresolves escalated issues, troubleshoots and develops solutions to project problems or challenges. Communicatesproject milestones, completion dates, costs, risks, issues, contingencies and other significant matters to team andstakeholders. Work closely with sponsors, process owners, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy implementationplans and other project tools, establish metrics and improvement targets, drive projects to completion, andmonitor effectiveness of solutions.
