VENDOR & CONSUMER SERVICES LIAISON Temporary to Hire (full-time hours). This position is an in-office work arrangement with the potential to transition to hybrid. JOB SUMMARY: Perform specialized loan fulfillment activities to improve Operational efficiency and accuracy. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process tax transcript requests and receipts.
Order and process title commitments to meet mortgage needs
Obtain and process flood certificates
Work with insurance company to obtain copies of necessary homeowner’s insurance policies needed to meet investor’s needs.
Organize and prepare documents for delivery to customer while maintaining the security and confidentiality of all documents.
Contact customer employers to confirm the necessary information needed for loan approval and closing.
Validate customer and third-party ability to participate in government sponsored activities such as a mortgage loan.
Perform other tasks and special projects as needed.
Achieve established productivity and service level agreement objectives.
Perform with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Overtime may be required

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
