Looking to add Sushi Chefs and Kitchen Staff to our team!
We are a new up and coming sushi restaurant in Fort Collins!
Sushi Chef candidates are expected to have:
-Excellent knife skills
-Ability to break down fish
-Ability to roll sushi
-Ability to make nigiri
-Work in a quick and clean fashion
-Ability to take direction and think on their feet
-Communication and professionalism
Kitchen cook candidates are expected to have:
-Good knife skills
-Basic cooking knowledge
-How to operate kitchen equipment
-Produce and display dishes to restaurant specifications
-Work in a quick and clean fashion
-Communation and professionalism
