Friday, Saturday, and Sunday a must.
Requirements for sushi chefs include.
-Knowledge in breaking down various fish.
-sashimi cuts
-nigiri cuts
-making of rolls
-all preparations related to sushi menu
-knowledge of menu and being able to communicate to customers
