We have active canvassers that have been with our company for well over a decade. You will notice that we do not run weekly ads like our competitors that have a high turnover rate. We only need a few new canvassers & one field manager.
We know how to treat people with respect & retain quality individuals long term. Our top Canvass Field Managers make well over $100,000 per year & enjoy driving nice rental cars instead of box vans.
We will pay you for a full time 40 hour work week but only expect you to be in the field working for approximately 30 hours.
Our sales team will close your leads at a much higher rate than our competitors so your overall income will be higher with our company.
We prefer to develop small sharp shooter teams that work well together. We offer travel options as well with financial support if interested.
