Job Title: Sr. Validation EngineerJob DescriptionResponsible for Master Validation Plans, project plans, and test plans. This role involves facilities, utilities, instruments, and equipment qualification and process validation. Additionally, it includes documentation for validation, including requalification/revalidation for equipment and processes.Responsibilities
Develop and manage Master Validation Plans, project plans, and test plans.
Ensure the qualification and validation of facilities, utilities, instruments, and equipment.
Handle documentation for validation, including requalification and revalidation processes.
Implement IQ, OQ, and PQ processes for new equipment.
Manage the logistics and documentation for validation processes.
Support new build outs and equipment upstream processes.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting and mechanical engineering tasks.
Design drafting using SolidWorks.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in Validation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering.
Proficiency in IQ, OQ, and PQ processes.
Hands-on audit experience with cGMP, SOP, and specifications documentation.
Experience in life sciences.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical engineering skills.
Electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Design drafting experience using SolidWorks.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes an office setting with production and QA capabilities. There is also a secured lock-up area monitored by government agencies. The company offers flexible work hours, with an initial requirement of being onsite for the first 1-2 months, and then transitioning to 70% onsite thereafter.
