Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are on the lookout for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Greeley, Colorado. The chosen candidate will be tasked with managing our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. This role is crucial for the company as it involves working with the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities: Oversee all financial transactions and process them accurately and efficiently Manage all aspects of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Regularly perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis Assist with payroll related tasks, ensuring all records are up-to-date Utilize Quickbooks Online for various accounting procedures Maintain fixed assets and ensure they are accounted for accurately Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and reporting Assist with year-end account cleanup and preparation for the new fiscal year. Requirements Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks Demonstrated expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficient in using Quickbooks Online for managing financial records Extensive knowledge and experience with General Ledger management Proven ability in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Experience in handling Full Cycle Payroll, including processing, managing, and reconciling payroll transactions.
