Position Summary

: Eliassen Group is seeking a highly driven and energetic individual for our growing Business Consulting Practice which is part of our Professional Services division. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our client delivery teams and helping those teams achieve overall project objectives. This role works closely with local leaders in Denver, Milwaukee, and St. Louis.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Engagement Delivery
  • Responsible for maintaining the Client Engagement Model
  • Assist with strategic account planning. Includes but not limited to: scheduling of meetings and logistics; identifying agenda topics; preparing materials for meeting; taking notes; follow up on action items; and use & management of MS Teams client sites
  • Conduct, summarize and share client research with project leaders
  • Provide administrative support to client teams. Includes but not limited to: drafting client on-boarding decks; team communications; client meeting agendas; off-boarding information; managing files; and collecting data
  • Participate in both internal and client facing meetings to take notes, provide information and support. Must be able to interact with various levels of employees

    Knowledge & Tools
  • Responsible for creating, updating and analyzing various standard reports the client teams and practice use. This will require you to extract information from a variety of Eliassen systems including Sales Force and Projector as part of building and updating reports. Become a subject matter expert in firm systems.
  • Ability to gather data and create new reports as necessary
  • Manage MS Teams client sites for storage and management of non-client engagement model artifacts
  • Conduct, summarize and share industry research with project leaders

    Solution Initiatives
  • Provide internal support for the Strategy Articulation Map Initiatives for Business Consulting

    Sales Delivery
  • Assist the delivery team in gathering and sharing information related to the sales and RFP processes for current and future clients.
  • Liaison with Eliassen's sales and business development department as necessary
  • Review and update team member profiles to be included in proposals

Ecosystem & Vendors
  • Responsible for maintaining client vendor management tools and other technologies
  • Manage non-technology partnerships and alliances

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Leverage knowledge of Eliassen, the lines of service and industries to support client leadership
  • Liaison with internal organization (human resources, financing, marketing, sales)
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for leaders and teams with questions on established processes to deliver a consistent and positive experience

Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Professional Services experience preferred as it is necessary to understand what services we offer our clients
  • Strong business acumen skills including ability to think through next steps
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Initiative and drive to proactively takeover administrative tasks from client delivery individuals
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Must be able to prioritize and respond quickly to time-sensitive requests
  • Ability to maintain a calm and even-tempered demeanor during high-stress situations
  • Must be a self-starter; ability to make quick decisions without direction
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and provide a high level of service to all levels of employees, consultants and vendors, both verbally and in writing
  • Must be detail-oriented and process-driven

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of professional work experience in relevant areas including accounting, finance, project management, operations management or business administration

Base salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.
