Job DescriptionDay-to-DayInsight Global is looking for an Account Manager to join their team! This candidate will be overseas helping support their clients.Responsibilities:
Focused account support - presales, placing orders, implementation, and post-sales support.
Act as liaison between the supplier and the client to communicate order related issues, provide updates, and relay questions in a timely manner.
Delegate tasks as needed to Account Support Professionals
Organizing meetings with the team, clients, and suppliers
Communicating project timeline with the team on a weekly basis
Trouble Tickets and Maintenance Notifications - working with the client and carrier to resolve issues and communicate down times for maintenance.
Advise the client on related items in technology.
Utilize CRM software to manage tasks, projects, trouble tickets, and communication with the team daily, keeping the information up to date.
