Your responsibilities in this role
Promote customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
Design and implement strategies to heighten the customer experience
Guide customer-facing staff in ways to improve customer service and loyalty
Solve complex problems and issues
Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence
Design, track, and analyze customer success metrics
Requirements - Prior customer service or call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
Advanced ability in business writing, including the use of email correspondence
Superb analytical, research, and interpersonal skills
Experience with being held accountable to KPIs and call-tracking
