Wherever VOAC goes, it combines relationship-building, volunteers and quality services to lift and support our neighbor’s efforts to become self-sufficient and reach their full potential.The Building Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all VOA facilities under the direction of the supervisor or lead maintenance technician; ensures buildings, equipment and grounds are safe, and in good repair at all times; may be required to supervise volunteers; monitors the facilities to ensure they meet all safety and health requirements.Requirements· High school diploma or its equivalent· One year of previous maintenance technician experience.· Knowledge of all hand and power tools and their uses.· Valid Colorado Driver’s License, insurance verification and good driving record.· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.Position TypeFull timeSalary:$25.00-$28.00Employee must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health of self or others.
