Engineering Supervisor

Are you a jack of all trades, if so, our Engineering Supervisor role will allow you to lead and train engineering and landscape team members in all technical and non-technical areas.  This individual will be comfortable leading various projects from start to finish as well as focused on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Ability to troubleshoot and repair all hotel systems including all H.V.A.C&R systems, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, water and wastewater systems, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting and minor automotive repairs.Assume responsibilities of the Director of Engineering and Engineer Manager in their absence. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel fire system, water system, sewage system, and irrigation systemRespond to all Guest Requests within a very timely mannerRespond to all emergency or life threatening situationsFollow established safety proceduresLog and communicate all essential information in Engineering logsDuties include emergency on call status
