Barrio Social in Vail, CO. is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for A.M and P.M shifts. We are looking for individuals who have the desire to learn and grow within the company. Some knowledge of Spanish cuisine is a plus. This is a year round position with excellent growth possibilities within the company. Please apply in person.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare station daily
- Ability to work in a high volume work environment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Being a team player
- Has a passion for cooking
- Consistency in preparation and execution of all items including dressings, sauces, portion control
- Good communication skills with customers and other employees
- Must be able to work quickly, efficiently and be able to respond to various demands that may arise.
