Responsibilities:
-Provide outstanding service to guests in our vibrant brew pub setting
-Take orders promptly and accurately, making recommendations when needed
-Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bussing tables and restocking supplies
-Engage with guests, answer questions about our menu and beer offerings, and create a welcoming atmosphere
-Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
-Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and tact
Requirements:
-Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
-Knowledge and enthusiasm for craft beer and brew pub culture
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
-TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification
