La Bottega restaurant is seeking a qualified, professional Pizza Chef for lunch and dinner shifts. This job entails knowledge of making pizzas from scratch as well as how to properly work a pizza oven for other applications, i.e. cooking seafood, breads, etc. We are looking for team players with the following traits.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience making Pizzas
- Ability to maintain clean and organized work area.
- Ability to direct others in your direct supervision.
- Demonstrate professional and respectful attitude toward guests and staff.
- Capable of working in a high volume, busy environment.
- Excellent Hygiene and Sanitation standards required
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Excellent organizational skills
- Skilled craftsman in the art of Pizza making
- Must be able to coordinate various dishes from the oven
- ability to interact with guests
