Award Winning- Breckenridge Management Company seeking
Full Time - Property Manager
5 days a week/ 8am-5pm
Must have housing in Breckenridge.
Hourly Rate Base $22/hr. (DOE), Maintenance Work $27/hr., OT $33/hr.
Holiday Bonus & Ski Pass Bonus
Company provided work vehicle, cell phone, tools and supplies.
Includes paid training to become a certified pool operator.
Opportunity to play with the Third Best Curling team in Summit County!
Daily duties include (but not limited to):
Inspection, cleaning and walk thru of all building grounds and common areas.
Inspection and operation of building specific amenities, i.e. boilers, hot tubs, etc.
Minor maintenance of buildings and grounds (at the higher maintenance rate.)
Supervision of professional landscape, cleaning and snow removal sub-contractors.
Coordination of non-routine maintenance for building and facilities.
Participate in our shared On-Call service for building emergencies (1-2 days per week.)
Since our managers are on call, they need to live in Breckenridge.
Seasonal specific duties such as limited snow removal, landscaping as needed.
