Maintenance Team Opportunity:
We are also seeking a reliable maintenance contractor to assist with day-to-day property upkeep. Liability insurance is required.
Responsibilities (Descending by Frequency):
- Perform minor/major repairs (e.g., furniture, walls, appliances, lights).
- Be on-call for guest-reported issues (we will factor in your availability).
- Handle HVAC concerns as needed.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks (e.g., taking property photos or videos).
How We Work with Maintenance Teams:
Task Management: We use Notion to assign and document tasks.
Communication: Slack is used for team coordination.
