Position reports to the office & takes direction from the office

Hourly starting rate is $25 - $30/hr. DOE

Full Time Position

Requires basic background check (DL, SS# required) and credit check

Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., M – F (With flexibility!)

Office Assistant position for very busy Breckenridge property management company. Office Assistant is a highly visible and critical role interacting on a daily basis with owners, guests, board members and fellow employees. The Office Assistant will work on a daily basis with QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The position requires a strong communicator who can work well on their own as well as in a team environment. Requires a high level of attention-to-detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Requires the ability to multi-task in a busy environment and to handle situations timely. Requires an individual with an even-temper and friendly demeanor to handle sometimes difficult situations. The position requires giving direction to employees and contractors and follow-up to ensure work is completed and owner updated. The Office Assistant Position requires the ability to meet the company “performance evaluation criteria” to be provided to qualified applicants. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering phones, greeting people at front desk

Outstanding customer service in person, by phone and email

MS Word, Excel & other computer program experience (CINC System experience a plus)

Initial call-taking and assessment of issues by phone

Clear communication and dispatching of managers to issues

Providing support to managers and management as needed

Preparing budgets and documents for annual meetings and distribution

Assisting with payroll, hiring process and state reporting as needed

Monitoring company website for updates as needed

Special projects as assigned at a higher billable rate
