Are You the Ultimate Off-Road Enthusiast We’re Looking For?

We are a busy, growing off-road shop nestled in the beautiful heart of the Rocky Mountains. We specialize in everything from performance upgrades to custom fabrication. We are looking for one dynamic individual who can manage the backbone of our operations (parts) while being the voice of our brand online.

If you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented person with a passion for 4x4s, Jeeps, and off-roading culture, this unique hybrid role is for you.

The Role: A Hybrid Opportunity

This unique position combines the precision of supply chain management with the creativity of digital marketing. You will wear two hats:

Parts Manager & Receiving Clerk Duties:

-Manage all aspects of our parts department inventory control.

-Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments efficiently.

-Maintain accurate records of all stock using our inventory system.

-Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.

-Support shop technicians with parts sourcing and availability.

Online Community Manager Duties:

-Monitor and engage with our social media communities (Facebook, Instagram, forums).

-Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, comments, and messages.

-Maintain a positive and helpful online presence that reflects our brand values.

What We Are Looking For:

Automotive knowledge is a MUST. You need to know the difference between a sway bar and a track bar, and be comfortable talking technical jargon with customers and techs.

Previous experience in automotive parts management or inventory control is a strong plus.

Experience with social media accounts.

Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter who can manage competing priorities without constant supervision.

Excellent communication skills, both written (for online engagement) and verbal (for the shop floor).

Why Join Us in the Rockies?

We value our team members and offer great benefits that keep you motivated:

Competitive Salary based on experience.

Health Insurance Reimbursement program.

Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation time.

Retirement Plans to help you plan for the future.

A vibrant, fast-paced work environment in a stunning location.

How to Apply:

If you have the automotive expertise and the social media savvy to fill this critical role, we want to hear from you.

Please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your specific automotive knowledge and your experience with social media.
