Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is looking to find an Inventory Manager for our location in Thornton, CO. EchoPark Automotive is a pre-owned dealership brand which that excellent training, growth opportunity and a fun work environment. At EchoPark, we only sell late-model, low-mileage vehicles with a transparent and simple process.The Inventory Manager will oversee the inventory process from start to finish by managing target inventory levels.

An EchoPark Automotive Inventory Manager will:

  • Provide inventory fulfillment to outlying stores
  • Maintain stocking levels
  • Trigger and execute arbitration and transportation claims
  • Manage wholesale units to include weekly log for visibility
  • Provide feedback and analysis to purchasing team
  • Conduct lot merchandising
  • Deliver ongoing quality assurance for on lot vehicles
  • Provide Inventory quality assurance (Aged inventory inspections)
  • Reporting when needed, i.e. SIMS data, sales trends,

Desired Qualifications –

  • Two plus years prior automotive industry experience
  • Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets, word processing, order entry, inventory systems
  • Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize our technology and stay current with our technology training
  • Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small
  • Decision making that demonstrates good judgment
  • Have a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
  • Have a clean motor vehicle record and clean criminal background record
