Small pub operation needs a daytime line cook 4 days per week. You will work our morning brunch shift to mid-afternoon. Our brunch menu is limited to only 4 items and 3 of those are made in advance to plate when ordered. Lunch entails only burgers and appetizers and a couple other sandwiches. You will normally work independently and perform all kitchen duties to include, but not be limited to, prep work, cooking and plating, dishwashing, and portion control. Please be responsible and reliable and have basic food safety knowledge with at least several months experience. Additional hours are possible if desired.
