Position: Cleaning Technician
Location: Durango, CO and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($18–$25/hr)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential homes, commercial spaces, and short-term rental properties (like Airbnbs). Each day may look a little different — from deep cleans to quick turnarounds — but you’ll always have the support of a great team and flexible scheduling.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Must have reliable transportation for year round travel including 4x4 with good tires for snow. As well as a valid driver’s license
Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we’ll train the right person)
Comfortable using cleaning products and following safety guidelines
