Window Cleaners Needed (Full-Time or Part-Time)
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as window cleaners. In addition to cleaning windows, we will also be doing some snow shoveling this winter season.
Compensation and Benefits:
Average pay is $20-$25 per hour, plus tips; team leaders earn $25+ per hour
Paid training ($18/hr) is provided at a training wage for two weeks, with pay reviews after two weeks and again after two months.

Basic Requirements:
Must be able to lift 60+ lbs
Comfortable with heights and handling small spaces
Dependable and punctual
Strong work history
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Working phone
Reliable transportation (headquarters located near a bus stop)
Note from the Owner:
We are seeking positive, solution-oriented individuals who take pride in their work. Our environment is fast-paced and dynamic, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. Effective communication, a sense of urgency, and efficiency are highly valued.
While management experience is a plus, it is not required. Previous window cleaning experience is welcome but not necessary. We are primarily looking for the right personality fit for our team.
