ETL DeveloperThe ETL Developer will be responsible for the intake of business application security data into a custom ETL solution that is leveraged by our client Identity and Access Management Systems to ensure proper governance over access to our client software infrastructure. This position will primarily be focused on our client international systems in Europe and Asia, and as a result may require some periodic flexibility in work schedule to most effectively collaborate with international colleagues. This role requires a motivated and seasoned developer with strong SQL and Linux skills that is comfortable working independently and also has the experience to adapt and resolve problems as they arise. The role is primarily a developer role, however the individual will be part of a small team that also provides production support for the systems we own/maintain.Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of the business analysis/requirements gathering process to accurately capture and process data
- Develop Linux Bash shell, Oracle SQLPLUS, and Python scripts to process data files into the ETL database
- Participate in occasional production code move ups
- Assist with production support of ETL processes
- Responsible for quality control of code released to production
- Provide technical subject matter expertise to colleagues for ETL process as it pertains to in scope applications
- High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work in a flexible environment where requirements and procedures continuously evolve
- Strong SQL skills (preferably Oracle) and Linux shell scripting
- Experience with Python/Perl/Java preferable but not required
- Experience with Identity & Access Management concepts and tools (RSA Aveksa, Saviynt, Sailpoint) a plus
- Experience working within an Agile shop a plus
- Experience working with Active Directory/LDAP/Powershell scripting a plus
