Property Manager – JMD Manor LLC (8 Centre St, Hartford, CT)
JMD Manor LLC is seeking a part-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our commercial property located at 8 Centre St, Hartford, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect rent payments from the commercial store tenant.
Maintain and organize lease agreements and property-related documentation.
Communicate with tenants if needed and handle difficult tenants or situations.
Maintain good communication with the supervisor at the property.
Job Details:
Part-time position (3-4 hours per day).
Flexible hours – you can choose your working schedule.
Experience with Buildium or similar property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Rent Manager) is a plus but not required.
