You will setup, troubleshoot, edit, and inspect finished parts.
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with CNC machinery and tools, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production schedules.
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
