Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Hartford, Connecticut. This role involves the financial and technical accounting industry and requires skills in Finance, Technical Accounting, and SSO. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer credit records, processing credit applications, and managing customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records Handle and resolve customer credit inquiries efficiently Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure all credit applications are processed according to company policies and guidelines Utilize SSO and NUnit skills to streamline data entry processes Ensure all customer data is handled and stored in compliance with data privacy regulations Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall organizational goals Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks. Requirements Proficiency in finance is required. Must possess technical accounting skills. Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) is essential. Experience with NUnit testing framework is a must. Proficient in using data entry software and database systems. Must have excellent typing skills and the ability to process high volumes of data accurately. Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot data errors. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; higher degrees or certifications in relevant fields would be an advantage.
