- Serve as the program lead for information security tools and technologies that are implemented for the customer
- Involve in operations related to the implemented technologies. This includes active participation in the change management processes and associated improvements. This also includes active participation in the incident management processes related to the cyber security tools and technologies that are implemented
- Expertise in information / cyber security operations management processes
- Serve as the thought leader to build and operationalize the cyber security roadmap and processes for the client
- Expertise in designing and operationalizing information security metrics and dashboards for customers from the operational activities performed, preferable with a tool like Power BI
- Experience in managing and working with Offshore operations teams and communicating the state of operations and key risks to the client along with the key impacts to the customer environment
- Work hand-in-hand with the other operations teams and team leads (Network, End User Compute etc.) to ensure that the cyber security program and the associated operations are being sustained
- Experience in handling information security incidents and liaising for forensics activities related to incidents
- Liaise with Vulnerability Management team to sustain processes related to vulnerability remediation and maintenance of the security posture of client assets; This also has to be supplemented with experience in dealing with Cyber security bulletins scouting for threat information and understanding applicability to the infrastructure. In addition, the candidate must have experience in leading and operations related to Zero Day vulnerabilities
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IdAM) technologies (preferably Saviynt) for implementation and operationalization of the technology for large clients
- Leading implementation discussions with the customer and ensuring that these controls are included as a part of the processes related to cyber security operations
- Review and update of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Runbooks for all the technologies implemented
