Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Server:
Greet and welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring any special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring proper presentation and portioning.
Check-in with guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and offer additional recommendations.
Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Bartender:
Prepare and serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, Indian-inspired drinks, and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all glassware, equipment, and supplies are well-stocked.
Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests.
Engage with guests at the bar, provide recommendations, and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Process payments for bar orders accurately.
