Residential Maintenance Technician- Hiring Multiple Candidates
Full-Time | Compensation Based on Experience
We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper operation, safety, and appearance of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work in residential units, common areas, and building systems.
Conduct light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, including fixture replacement, leak repairs, and minor electrical troubleshooting.
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Unclog toilets, sinks, and drains, and perform routine preventive maintenance.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on assignments.
Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of prior employment in residential maintenance or a closely related field.
Must possess and maintain a basic set of hand tools necessary to perform job duties.
Working knowledge of light plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be available for on-call duties as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Based on experience.
Time Off: Accrued sick and vacation leave.
Holidays: Seventeen (17) paid holidays annually.
Overtime: Regular overtime opportunities, including occasional special overtime compensated at 2.5x the regular rate of pay.
