SHOVELERS: No experience necessary. Starting pay is $25/hour plus bonuses.
PLOW DRIVERS: At least 3 years of experience required. Starting pay is $35/hour plus bonuses.
EQUIPMENT OPERATORS: At least 5 years of experience required. Starting pay is $45/hour plus bonuses.
