Maintenance Technician / Custodian
custodial duties (approx. 80%)
minor maintenance and facility repairs (approx. 20%).
M–F, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$20.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep:
Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, empty trash/recycling, and manage waste disposal areas.
Maintain and stock janitorial supplies.
Perform minor troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on tools, equipment, and facility systems.
Assist with lighting, HVAC, and exterior property maintenance.
Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, walking, bending).
