Senior Staff AccountantJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and self-starting Staff Accountant to join a dynamic Accounting team. This full-time temporary position, reporting to the Accounting Manager, will last up to six months. The Staff Accountant will support the accounting department, prepare account reconciliations using Blackline, record daily sales and balance to credit card receipts, record wire transfers and ACH deposits, import daily charter invoices, and charge credit cards. The candidate will also work with the client services team to produce an AR aging report and track overdue payments, reconcile deferred revenue, and prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Hard Skills
