You’ll get to:

Responsible for providing critical insights, process standardization, and organizational alignment focused on Cost To Serve Customer Programs, Pricing Initiatives To Offset Tariff, And Overall Operational Efficiency.

Deliver OM Improvement Initiatives Centered Around Operational Efficiency, Surgical Price, And Promo Effectiveness.

Partner With NA Pricing Leader & Team To Establish & Implement Tariff Offsetting Price Initiatives.

Enhance Profitability And Efficiency By Developing Cost To Serve Customer Programs.

Drive Cost To Serve Process, Tools & Reporting Harmonization As Well As Foster Organizational Alignment To Optimize Cross Functional RACI.

Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders and team members.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate project risks.

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving engagement and supporting workstreams to achieve project goals. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. Ensure that team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members. Conduct regular project status meetings to keep everyone informed. Prepare project status reports, including executive-level presentations, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards set by stakeholders. Conduct quality reviews and ensure that corrective actions are taken as necessary.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the project stays on track. Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timeline or budget. Proactively assess and address project needs, potential impediments, and consult with senior leaders as necessary.

Longer Term Areas Of Opportunity Include: S&OE Enhancements, Revenue Growth Management, E&O Reduction, And POS Insights.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. MBA Degree or CPA, preferred.

Minimum of 10+ years demonstrated Finance experience.

Demonstrated experience growing, developing, and managing a high-performing team throughout periods of high change.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership.

Experience in strategic planning and execution along with critical thinking, strong analytic, and communication skills.

Strong cross functional leadership skills and experience driving change in a matrixed environment.

High business acumen and increased collaboration with both functional and business leaders.

The ability to quickly assess the operational efficiency of a functional group or process and prioritize improvement processes.
