Experienced Painter Wanted

Looking for a painter experienced with interior/exterior painting. Must be comfortable with ladders and heights. I have a few houses and interiors coming up that I would like help with. I am looking for somebody reliable that can get to jobs around the Monroe, Trumbull, Seymour, Oxford, Milford, Stratford areas. Looking for somebody that can cut by hand, is neat, and can be trusted on a job site alone from time to time as I do estimates often. Looking for somebody with a flexible schedule that can work some weekends. I schedule jobs to get completed and take breaks, but sometimes I end up taking off weekdays to work the weekend. I am easy to work with, I just expect my workers to get the job done without cutting corners.
