DSP needed to work with participant in Day Program/Group Day .
Must be willing to drive company van in community and integrate persons in the concept of person centered environment activities.
Must be able to work in crisis situations and have skills on de-escalation
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Must undergo background checks as required by government entities.
