Growing CT investor & developer with large land / lots inventory looking for highly experienced builder to CONSULT on residential projects in Fairfield County. Proficiency in preparing specs for all phases like foundation, framing, HVAC, Electrical etc. And inspecting finished work.
Must have intimate hands-on experience in all facets of new home building including foundation, framing, roofing, siding, sheetrock, interior and exterior trim, floors, HVAC, plumbing, electric, costs, scheduling etc.
