Now hiring Experienced Servers, Bussers and Food Runners in our historic Griswold Inn in Essex, CT. We have a busy restaurant with a casual atmosphere serving excellent food. You'll be a part of our dynamic team earning an hourly salary plus tips. Experienced Servers and Banquet Servers are a valuable asset to our team and we need your help. Bussing entails helping servers take exceptional care of their tables with watering, clearing and resetting tables. Food runners are responsible for picking up food orders in the kitchen, and serving the meals to our guests. Both speed and accuracy are important for these positions. Nights, weekends and especially Sundays and holidays are when we have our best business, so we need to fill those shifts; but we are also happy to accommodate your personal schedule as well; as we are flexible.
