As an Energy Program Management Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit in program management activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of programs, meeting customer requirements, and driving business growth. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our programs.You will report directly to our Program Manager and work remotely in one of the following states: Connecticut (preferred), Louisiana, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support program managers in the execution of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Track program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Assist in the development and implementation of program management processes and tools
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success
Project planning and management of energy efficiency and/or demand response programs.
Field technician recruitment, management, and installation support
Deliver program financial and performance status reports.
Team management and performance feedback. Provide Sales Support.
Assist sales and engineering team in development of energy audits, M&V plans and cost estimating.
Review bid/contract packages for quality assurance.
Interface with local contractor teams to provide timely and accurate results to utility customers
Make recommendations to Local Service/Sales teams for improved customer support and assist with contract retention strategies and tools for recapturing cancelled customers.
Monitor and update performance tracking reports and project deviations.
Travel 10% or less.
The annual base salary for this position is $83,000 - $110,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy program or demand response program management.
Professional Certifications: AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) - CMVP, CEM, or CEA.

Project management certification (PMP)
Experience in the industrial automation industry
Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
Utility Rate Schedule analysis and familiarization
Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC, controls, and building controls.
Highly organized with attention to detail and great documentation skills
Effective influencing and communications skills; analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to provide sound and reliable judgment in complex business situations
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed team environment with a win-win orientation
Expert level proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to adapt to a cyclical workload and multi-task to manage varying priorities
Experience leading people/teams.
Ability to deal tactfully and confidently at all organization levels with professional attitude
