Our services we offer are based upon the Four Pillars of Optimal Health – exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. We have highly trained professionals in all four pillars, who make the clients journey their priority. We're seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Norwalk, CT. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor

Managing client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals

Maintaining accurate client records and updating information as needed

Assisting in insurance verification and authorization processes

Collecting co-payments and fees for services

Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Supporting other administrative tasks as necessary

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
