Description We are in search of a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Trumbull, Connecticut. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry. The chosen candidate will be proficient in inside sales and customer service, adept in Microsoft Office Suites and QuickBooks, and capable of managing inventory and pricing. The role entails maintaining an up-to-date email list for weekly blasts, following up with customers, order entry, and assisting walk-in customers. Key responsibilities: Efficiently process customer orders using QuickBooks Maintain and update an email list for weekly email blasts Handle customer inquiries and follow-up with customers Assist walk-in customers with order placements Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed Perform inside sales and manage sales pricing effectively Track inventory and order supplies when necessary Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suites and other computer programs Perform billing functions and ensure accuracy in all transactions Continuously improve customer experience through excellent customer serviceRequirements Must possess at least 3 years of experience in a customer success or related role Proficiency in computer programs and Microsoft Office Suites is mandatory Experience in answering inbound calls and assisting customers is required Must have the ability to handle billing functions effectively Prior customer service experience is a must Experience in inside sales is highly desirable Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus Ability to track inventory effectively Familiarity with sales pricing strategies is expected Must be committed to providing excellent customer experience.
