Power Labor USA is urgently seeking 2 Delaware-licensed Electricians for a flat roof solar installation in Dover, DE. This is a short-term project with long-term potential — electricians who perform well will be offered a guaranteed spot on our upcoming solar project starting late November (3+ weeks) and future work opportunities.
Positions Needed:
1 Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Active Delaware Journeyman License required)
1 Licensed Apprentice Electrician (Registered in Delaware)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Active Delaware state license for Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician (required)
Solar installation experience strongly preferred (commercial rooftop projects)
Ability to start work immediately and commit to full project duration
Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in outdoor rooftop conditions
Follow all job site safety protocols and Power Labor standards
Project Details:
Location: Dover, DE
Project Type: Flat commercial roof solar installation
System Size: Large commercial rooftop
Timeline: Approx. 1 month total (first project 1 week, second project 3+ weeks)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (OT and possible weekend work available)
