Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Serve as primary assistant to Brokeras well as the agents on the team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administrationor other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail

This is a busy real estate broker looking for administrative assistance. Entry level will be considered looking for someone who is a self-starter able to use most computer office programs like Word and Office. Fluency in social media will be helpful.
