High-Volume Kubota Tractor & Equipment Dealership seeking qualified salesperson to deliver superior customer service both in-store and on-the-road.
A minimum of 4 years sales experience in similar sales position required. Applicants must demonstrate integrity/ethical standards, problem-solving/analytical skills, & be a team player. Must be a motivated self-starter, comfortable in a face-paced environment, energetic and well-organized with excellent communication skills.
Need knowledge of Microsoft Office & database software, technical expertise & knowledge of company products.
Must demonstrate success meeting sales goals and growing sales, understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques. Deliver superior customer service by effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
