Interior General Contractor looking for hands on foreman/ lead technician/ lead installer. We are based out of Wilmington and service all of New Castle County and the surrounding areas. We specialize in bathroom renovations but do kitchens and basements on top of many other household projects. This is a full time position. We work M-F. Minimum 40 hours a week. There are no rain days. I don't like working weekends but every now and then there is a job that needs to get done to stay on schedule. We do all phases on construction. Framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, trim work, tiling, painting, ect.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
VALID DRIVER LICENSE
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SOME FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION
Clean cut and well spoken. We are in direct contact with homeowners on a daily basis.
Be able to work from 8-4 M-F
Be able to lift 40+ lbs regularly
A truck and tools is a plus but not required
Pay is based on experience
